We Treat our Customers Right

It is important for you to get answers to your questions promptly. At PrivilegeTech we will be more than happy to offer you several different maintenance service plans to be included into your hosting plan or as a part of a separate contract. Some of our select web development packages include two months of FREE hosting and FREE limited maintenance service. If the two free months are not included in your package, or after the two free months expire, we offer two main yearly support packages.  Each package includes minor text or layout changes to your web site (graphic design and new page design not included) and phone support for your questions.

The Basic Support Plan includes up to one (1) hour of web site updates and phone support per month. Unused time in each month does not carry forward into the next calendar month.

The Advanced Support Plan includes four (4) hours of web site updates and unlimited phone support. If you use up all four hours, simply purchase another four-hour block of time.  Unused hours expire one year from the purchase date of the support plan or block of time.

The Custom Support Plan includes permanent scheduled content changes and other specific on-going maintenance tasks scheduled and customized to your particular needs.

Please note that this is different from server maintenance. If you are hosted with PrivilegeTech, we will constantly ensure that your web site is always up and running smoothly, free of charge.

Manage your Existing Site, Cheaply and Effectively

Site Managment programs are similar to maintenance programs, except with more responsibilities and management on our side, and less worrying and hassle for you. If we maintain your web site through our custom site managment program, we will conduct periodic reviews of your site and visitor patterns to determine whether any changes are needed. We'll study your web site's visitors, revealing very useful information about navigation and buying patterns and interests. For instance, if visitors are searching for specific products or services that are not featured on your web site, we can suggest that they be added. Also, for example, if your web site logs reveal that people are leaving on certain pages more than others, we'll review those pages to determine why this is occuring and whether changes might be needed

As an additional marketing tool, we are able to implement quick online surveys to question your visitors directly and allow them to propose additions or updates to the site. This is a relatively inexpensive method of finding out whether your web site is serving your customers' needs.
